My Clay Pottery
My Clay Pottery page displays examples of my work over the last 15 or so years. Making pottery was something I always wanted to do, and I finally plucked the courage to book on to a beginners evening course in Harrow. This was the start of a hobby that has taken me through the years. I have been on various short courses but now have a kiln and wheel in my back garden. I was fascinated with throwing and it has taken over 14 years for me to appreciate some of the other techniques. So, here is an extract of my clay pottery with examples from my initial attempts and from the work I do today. Small Dishes | | Dish - black clay and stoneware glaze.
